Refund policy

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like, for example, a different color, please return the products and place a new order for the desired color via the website.

Returns are accepted unconditionally within 30 days after the goods have been received. Return shipping costs are not covered by DRIP ApS. You can use our return portal.

Please note that from the time the return order is shipped until it is received and processed, it may take 7-9 business days. Refunds may take 2-3 business days depending on the bank and payment method.
