Terms of Sale

GENERAL
These terms apply to all purchases on the website www.dripdenmark.com owned by DRIP ApS ("DRIP Denmark"), CVR 43342061, Grønningen 53, 8700 Horsens. By placing your order, you accept the terms and conditions in effect at any given time. DRIP Denmark recommends that you read these terms carefully.
DRIP Denmark may change the terms at any time with effect for future purchases.
PAYMENT AND PRICES
All prices on www.dripdenmark.com are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) including VAT. Before confirming your order, the final price of the order, including shipping costs, will be displayed.
Payment can only be made via the secure payment form on the website. DRIP Denmark accepts payments with Visa Dankort, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Klarna, and MobilePay. The amount will be charged only when the item has been shipped. A receipt for the purchase will be sent via email.
Your payment is securely processed, and DRIP Denmark encrypts your card details using SSL (Secure Socket Layer). Therefore, only PensoPay has access to your payment information.
DELIVERY
DRIP Denmark offers delivery through various partners, currently GLS, dao, PostNord, and Bring. Delivery can take place in Denmark to the address or delivery location you provided when placing your order.
Shipping costs depend on the chosen delivery method and are displayed during the checkout process.
All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days, and if the order has not been received within 5-7 business days, please contact the chosen shipping company. If you are still unable to resolve the issue, contact our customer service at support@dripdenmark.com or call 60 55 36 65.
DRIP Denmark is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company.
COMPLAINTS
The Consumer Protection Act’s rules on defects, including rules for complaints, apply to the purchase of goods.
This means that you have a 24-month warranty from the time of delivery if the purchased item has a defect, such as a manufacturing or material fault. You must complain within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. A complaint made within two months of discovering the defect will always be considered timely.
When making a complaint, please write to DRIP Denmark and provide as much detail as possible about the issue.
You can choose whether you want the item repaired or exchanged. Refunds are only available (i) if there is a significant defect, or (ii) if exchange or repair is not possible or would result in disproportionate costs for DRIP Denmark.
If the complaint is justified, DRIP Denmark will reimburse the reasonable shipping costs incurred for returning the item. If your complaint is unjustified, you will have to cover the shipping costs, including DRIP Denmark's costs for returning the item after inspection.
Please ensure that the item is always sent in appropriate packaging. You are responsible for the item until DRIP Denmark receives it. Therefore, keep the postage receipt, including shipping costs and any tracking number.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us unequivocally that you wish to cancel the purchase, e.g., by sending an email to support@dripdenmark.com.
The withdrawal period is met if you send the notification of your withdrawal before the period expires.
Exercising the right of withdrawal within the first 14 days after delivery
Under the Consumer Contracts Act, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the item is received.
If you cancel the purchase, DRIP Denmark must be notified no later than 14 days after you received the item. If the withdrawal period expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Sunday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve, the withdrawal period will expire on the next business day.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You are responsible for the items until we receive them and must cover the return shipping costs. You can use our return portal (send mail for link).
The item must be returned no later than 14 days from the date you informed DRIP Denmark that you wish to cancel your purchase. The deadline is met if the item is shipped within 14 days of notifying DRIP Denmark.
It is important to include your name and address so DRIP Denmark can locate the order in their customer registry. Additionally, please mark the return as “return.”
It is important to package the item properly when returning it, as you bear the risk for the item until DRIP Denmark receives it. Any packaging and product tags should also be included. DRIP Denmark encourages you to save the shipping receipts.
When you cancel a purchase, DRIP Denmark will refund the payment to your account as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after DRIP Denmark has received your cancellation notice. However, DRIP Denmark may withhold the payment until the item has been returned, or you have provided proof of return.
For uncollected packages, we will have to deduct DKK 100-300 from the refunded amount due to delivery costs.
The refund will be made to the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for the refund.
COMPANY OBLIGATIONS AND RIGHTS
The buyer always receives an order receipt upon completing a purchase. The order information is stored by DRIP Denmark for 5 years. It is not possible to access the order receipt via www.dripdenmark.com. If you need a new copy of the order receipt, please send an email to support@dripdenmark.com.
RESERVATIONS
DRIP Denmark cannot be held responsible for failure to fulfill the contract due to an unpredictable event outside of DRIP Denmark's control, such as unrest, full or partial strikes, especially in the transport and/or communication sector, fire, floods, or similar events.
DRIP Denmark reserves the right for small deviations in production regarding the placement of prints and sewn-on badges on umbrellas and umbrella bags. Cork handles are a natural product and will always differ slightly from the product images on www.dripdenmark.com, as each handle is unique.
DRIP Denmark also reserves the right for out-of-stock items and typographical errors on the website.
PERSONAL DATA
DRIP Denmark processes your personal data in accordance with the company’s privacy policy.
COMPLAINT HANDLING AND APPLICABLE LAW
You are always welcome to contact DRIP Denmark if you wish to complain about a purchase. If we cannot reach an agreement, you can file a complaint with the Center for Complaint Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, if the conditions for filing a complaint are met. You can file a complaint with the Center for Complaint Resolution via www.naevneneshus.dk.
The EU Commission's online complaint portal can also be used when filing a complaint, which is particularly relevant for consumers residing in another EU country. Complaints can be submitted here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
The agreement between you and DRIP Denmark, including these terms and conditions, is governed by Danish law, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection rules in the country where you reside.
